The person who helped us was very rude. She told us the only way for us to get the forms is to come again. And waited to see if the computer system is up or not.
Pathetic.
My husband and I waited more than two hours to get w-2 and 1099s only to be told their computer system was down. They could have told everyone at the waiting room when they know the system is down.
I am here on a second try waiting to get those forms. If a company makes a mistake, the only way they can find out is coming to the local office because none of the reporting is available on line.
No live support on the phone line.
She also has a very nasty demeanor. I have no idea what I have done to warrant such attitude. She reminded me of the government employees in China, whom I have always dreaded having to deal with.
Waited 4 hours to fax a form. Luckily I got in before 12:00 otherwise they close for lunch and you either wait there or lose your place.
