The absolute worst experience of my life!!!!!!!! I was referred here by a family member and I regret every single moment of it!!! The staff is extreamly unorganized, rude and unprofessional! I think they are more worried about what they are wearing or concentrating on walking in their 6in platforms so that way they don't fall! The only professional people is the main front desk guy (very nice) and the actual owner, who did my taxes, who I was referred to go see. Very, very nice lady, but for a business owner, she needs to reconsider her staff because they are a reflection of her and that's all I will say on that! A MAJOR CONCERN is They do not have your information safe and secure!!!!! They leave your personal info like name ss# ect out for anyone to see... I went up to the secretary's desk multiple times one day (waiting 4 hours to fix their first screw up) and they had a list of people's names with their ss# mine included that were open and exposed for everyone to see!! It was a list of people who were returned for info not being correct... Ummm HELLO IDENTITY THEFT!!!!! I could have easily taken a pic of it if I was a theif! I waited 4 hours that day.. I went up to inquire how much longer because I travel an hour to see these people and I had to get my kid from school and leave soon... at the desk the secretary gave me horrible attitude because I must have been bothering her Just to be told oh u don't even have to be here...Jeanette didn't tell me that.. that's not my fault!!!!! I now have been waiting 2 months for my tax return because they have entered the ss# wrong 2x on my kids and finally thought they did their job until I got a letter stating all of my return would be sent to the attorney generals office!!! Mind u we don't have any other kids but the ones together so I looked at the return and they entered my ss# wrong from the very beginning! Now after a huge roller coaster ride emotionally and physically they want me to pay 400.00 up front (their fees) because they have screwed up and have to send a paper copy. I asked for the owner to please contact me and the secretary stated that she will not!! She has secretary's for that reason! They will not answer my calls as well... I don't recommend anyone going to this business if I could give a negative star I would!!!
I will NEVER use these people again! My preparer did not submit my 1095a and when I called her she never returned my call! I finally went back and Carlos got everything straightened out!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Very rude front desk people. YES Lady you were rude to us and the lady in front of us. We won't go back...EVER.
I've been driving from Austin to this company for years because Jeanette is the best, and I've always been grateful to her. However, after today's experience I'm sad to say I will not be returning. My husband and I made this appointment a couple of months ago for a Saturday. About a week ago I received a call that they needed to reschedule as Jeanette had just decided she no longer wished to work weekends. So they changed it to Friday and both he and I had to take the day off from work. We arrived expecting a wait, as usual, however they were not accepting walk-ins today, which should have lessened the wait time. Our appointment was for 10:30. They open at 9, but Jeanette didn't arrive until 10:30. We waited two more hours to see specifically her out of trust and loyalty, but she refused to see us and had an associate help her with her files instead. We politely declined Carlos' assistance, explaining what we had already gone through to get to this point. He didn't want to take no for an answer, and ensured that she could review it before we left. We finally agreed only to be sorely let down by his estimate. We asked her to check, but instead of taking us to her to at least hear her opinion, he just took the file returning a couple minutes later to say that everything was plugged in correctly. I felt that he wasn't telling us something. After probing he made it clear that only people who make more or have businesses are the ones she had deemed to see, no matter when we arrived, ignoring that we had an appointment set for months, only to be changed and affect our paychecks last minute, wasting our seven hour round trip drive, and not even bothering to review our refund before being processed. It is apparent that loyalty doesn't matter to this company, and while we don't make them as much as other clients, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
These have to be the most unorganized and unprofessional people. I had a 9am appointment, I waited 2 hours before they told me the person I had an appointment with can't do long forms. Now they wanted me to reschedule. Are you kidding? I would not trust these people with any of my tax info. They can't get appointments right.
