So I'm guessing Veterans that have done there time to serve their country are not good enough to get a discount? I went onto your website to inquire into visiting your waterpark but looked to see if we could save a few dollars since we are not from the area and would need to travel a few hours to visit, but was told that "ONLY 100% DISABLED VETERANS QUALIFY OR ACTIVE DUTY ONLY. " The young lady was very polite and I heard her out that her father also is at 80% disabled that the VA still is reviewing their case like ours. If a Veteran is at any percentage even 0% they served for us the least a company can do is give them a small break!??? I'm guessing since my husband is at lower percentage than 100% we are not good enough? Real nice Hurricane Alley Waterpark. Thanks for honoring those that served for you and oh I bet you go all out on special holidays saying we love our Military .. yeah I don't think so.
Visited with my Son today for the first time and loved it. We have been missing out. Just the right amount of people. Great food! Fun atmosphere and Music!!!
Affordable family fun but patrons are ruthless and will snatch your kids floats the second you/they turn your back, so watch out! It's also near impossible to find one (which is required to do anything) so get there an hour early to search for one. Also, there's a color coding system allowing only certain color floats/rafts on certain rides and they don't tell you until you've waited in line and get to the top, which is weird since those are the rafts you find near the entrance of the ride. They definitely need more of a structured system in order for people to have a good time, such as returning floats after each ride so they're available for the next person to use. But, apparently that's a foreign concept for Hurricane Alley.
I love that my 8 and 10 year old can go on the slides independently. The park is big enough to be fun but small enough to feel safe. There is a great little toddler area where lifeguards pay close attention to make sure rules are followed making the kid place pretty safe for kids to have a safe fun place to play
Visited for the first time this summer and my kids really enjoyed it. The only thing is they were bummed they were right under the height chart even with an adult and couldn't ride a couple slides. I also didn't like how no staff collected and managed the floats everyone kept taking. Other than that it was fun!
