When your employees are not responding and have made a mistake that's when leadership needs to step up and actually be a leader. Not surprised his employees behave the way they do. Completely unprofessional.
Be careful when doing business with this institution, they are the most unprofessional. And now I have to fight a credit pull on my credit report because they can't seem to get their business straight.

David is the non-responsive loan officer I spoke to and Loss Thomas is the "head of the credit union" (as he named himself) that was the least helpful.

I've been a member for many years and I've just experienced the worst service from any financial institution ever. First, the loan department ran my credit WITHOUT getting an application from me. It was not until AFTER I called for 6 days trying to get information about a loan. When I called to speak with the head of the credit union, instead of actually working to solve my problem he talked down to me and said "he needs to get the other guys side of the story" and that he "didn't have time to deal with this."
I've been with this bank since 2005 and I'm very satisfied with them. The staff is friendly and fabulous. Every issue I've had was solved the same day. Veronica, stephanie, and stacie r fabulous employees and very professional. I definitely would recommend this bank to anyone.
