Not at all hospitable or accommodating.
Bar really bad/ rude bartenders and one even made suggestive remarks. Cover music way too loud in foyer not at all geared toward adult corporate clientele. Totally unprofessional., actually gives me the creeps to be here, as soon as another hotel has rooms we are outta here.
1 - room smells like smoke, asked maid to spray room..still smells, 2 - over spray on lights, 3 - blue painters tape still in room, 4 - first light switch by bed only turns on night light...have to walk around bed to turn light for room, 5- mini ironing board..REALLY??? Do not stay here...not worth the cost. Tried to make the hotel modern, sleek, up to date but on a cheap budget. 6 - mini frig is on the floor. 7 - they spent money on auto blinds..should have spent those funds on something else. Will make sure that everyone is aware of the experience I have had at your location. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. Salt water pool. Convenient location. Only a couple of complaints... the shower did not contain the water and we had to use our towels to stop the flow, and the elevator was so slow! This wouldn't have been an issue except my husband recently had a stroke so the stairs weren't a practical option. I also would like to have a small light in the toilet area so the big one didn't have to be turned on for night-time bathroom visits. I liked that there were recycling bins available to guests. It always bothers me when I have to throw away recyclables when we travel.
Great hotel. Loved the room. Very modern. Nice there is a bar with food and in the mornings, breakfast for a price. I would definitely stay again. They are brand new so some kinks being worked through but all in all great.
Cannot believe Marriott now owns SPG. Big mistake
improper billing even after repeated requests for correction. Lousy room design with no bathroom privacy from rest of room. Safe in room not secured you can actually take it with you.
Not worth the money! Small bathroom/vanity, only space for one woman to get ready and no additional mirrors in room. When we called and booked the room I reserved two queen beds, when we arrived we were told they didn't have any and all we could get was a single king. Good thing our third person couldn't go, not sure what we would have done. Shower was dirty had hair in it and soap foam on the wall. Shower also leaked all over the floor and when it was brought to the front desk attention they told us they knew and was rude no matter how nice we were, horrible customer service. Disappointing!
Staff has no idea what's going on within their facility outside doors do not lock, desk staff actually lies when they don't have an answer..
