One of the best bike shops I have been around in a very long time.
Accused innocent people of stealing not a good service,i need customer relations help asap,refused of selling stuff because i look poor another rude and disrespectful,gentleman refused to sell a Trek medone because he already looks bad in front of his boss so i guess the owner just lost 800 dollar because i already told the guy will put 300 in there just to hold on to the bike
All the guys at this shop are awesome! They helped me pick out the perfect mountain bike!
I bought my first real bike at this shop after just one test ride and they've been helpful ever since. The staff is very nice and every time I visit I get useful advice and recommendations and even a couple free samples of nutrition supplements to try out. You can find some products on-line with cheaper prices but you won't get the same customer service that this place offers. The owner is very active with-in the community and I've joined them a couple times on charity rides and had a good time. Great bike shop!
Solid shop, solid service, solid knowledge, solid help, solid mechanics. I bought a solid hardtail and have spent the better part of the year swapping out everything to my specs from tires, bars, pedals, drive train, and all the mechanics and Josh has been a big help with guidance as I get ready to start mtb racing. By far the best dudes around to even just talk to about stuff.
