Half Price is my other favorite book store but, for different reasons. Its like a treasure hunt when you come here. You can find a rare gem for an amazing price. You can also find movies and if they don't have something they'll look it up for you and order it. It also helps that they have a sweet little coffee shop with milk steamers and homemade cakes. The people that work at Half Price are always nice and can recommend great books since they are book lovers themselves.
The staff is always helpful when we are looking for specific books. We normally stop by to see what covers they have for the book series we read as there are many versions. I also go in to add books to my classroom library, and there is always a good amount of books on clearance to go through. This Half Price Books location is one we stop by whenever we are in the Corpus area.

This place is great! Has any old book store feel, cozy, has a wonderful selection and prices. Coffee shop is also attached to the store, so you can really sit back and enjoy your book.
