Only one bar tender who never left the back side half of the bar. Then after waiting 15 min. Walked around to ask if she could take our order. Stood in front of her for 5 min without any acknowledgement. Waited another 10 min. Never came round. Walked to the birthday party we were invited to. Introduced myself to three waiter who did not know the wines listed on the menu. Ordered a Kendal Jackson and a Bloody Mary. Her promised he could get it taken care of. 30 min later I approached him and asked kindly if he had forgotten about us? He says no. 45 min later as I'm walking out I pass him just feet from the bar with a Bloody Mary the ice has almost completely melted in leaving a clear layer on the top 1/4 of the glass and the wine in the other. He was actually going to serve that to us. You're understaffed for the volume of traffic scheduled, not to mention any additional that you should have on a weekend. If you own it, you should have scheduled, trained and prepped better. Can't find the employees, come in yourself. Unless I get some unexpected response, I wont be back and that is unfortunate because I wanted to like your business. Sincerely, Eric von Wade
New to Corpus, New to Bowling. The people were friendly and outgoing. A patron helped my family learn how to utilize the scoreboard and play the game. We had an amazing tims with our 7 and 9 year old children. Definitely family friendly and fun!
Nice atmosphere, fun time with friends and family. However they are a bit overpriced during regular times. Enjoy on Tuesday or when they offer special. Avoid during regular priced days, way too expensive!!!!
From the minute we got there we were greeted with awful customer service...for some reason we decided to stay. We thought it was just an issue with the register girls, our waitress proved to be just as rude, we ordered our drinks and she just set them on the table, at the opposite end of the table mind you. We were told a 2 hour wait time was expected, but as we looked around, there were plenty of open lanes, we were told some of the lanes were broken, and "I'm not really sure why they can't be used" The one star actually comes from the fact that it is actually pretty nice inside. When trying to check out, the winners up front were at it again with that awesome service....(heavy sarcasm) We finally got our total, and the clerk was interested more in dealing with another employee, instead of treating the customers directly in front of her with better customer service... Just make an effort, that's all it takes.
First time coming here since the building was remodeled. The place looks awesome, service was pretty good.... but wow... the price to bowl here is through the roof! AND I came during a “Holiday Special” rate! They easily charged triple what I was expecting to pay for 3 games of bowling! My mistake though, I didn’t see that they charge PER PERSON PER GAME. $130 bucks for 4 of us to play 3 games on 1 lane? And this is a “Holiday Special”?!... we had a good time, but not $130 good time... you will never see me here again.
