The food here is wonderful in the service here is amazing!
Do not go here if you have cash money thats over a twenty. The lady who took my order told me she didnt have change and to come back after 7am cause thats their busy time and should have money. As I am very understanding i said no problem. I went back after 7am and was told no again.
Best Starbucks location they always get my order right and employees are always welcoming with a smile on their face
I Love the baristas and the drive-up crew at the Saratoga store at the Kohl's Center. They always get my drink right and always have a smile on their face. It is a true pleasure to see them whether it's to begin my day or end up with my iced coffee on the way home. Love-Love them!!!
Gave this location 1 star about a year ago because they were so slow and had grouchy employees. They have completely turned it around. I am there at least one a day. The employees remember your name AND your drink. They genuinely care about the customers. Great customer service! Ali and Zach are among the best of any Starbucks I have ever been to and trust me I have a huge territory and have been to a lot over the years!
