I took my car here for my inspection and they were very friendly and took an appropriate amount of time even though you could see they had a lot going on. So kudos to this business operation as they are well managed. Waiting area is nice cool and comfy complete with a kuerig lol.
They charge $90 for a diagnostic. They said it would cost $1,600 to repair AC. We decided to get a second opinion at Goodyear and there was absolutely nothing wrong with our air conditioner. Do not trust this place they are a rip-off.
Outstanding customer service, and structure. Excellence is felt all around
The staff is very customer service oriented, friendly so that earns them 1 star(particularly
Called them up to see what labor would be for shocks and struts to be replaced they quoted me at 500 dollars, at 125 per hour, for just the labor, which is cheating the customer since there is no way this takes anywhere near this amount of time to do this job. I am very disappointed in this establishment for their dishonesty. Don't got here, find someone more trustworthy.
Alan) Their labor charges are slightly above average at 100+ an hour but competitive. I have had all three cars there. Thought I had found a reliable auto repair facility until this last experience. I had to take my Oldsmobile Alero specifically for a coolant leak. Don was the customer service representative. Took it in around 7:00 AM got a ride home and got an estimate around 3:00 PM. (The time length didn't mind too much and sort of expected based on previous experiences.) As far as the coolant leak, diagnosis was coolant recovery tank leak. The parts price was $143.41. Checked part number on exact tank at Rock Auto $22.79. This is over a 600% parts mark-up.Even if their wholesaler charged them $45.00 (which I doubt) still over 300 percent mark-up. Problem doesn't end there. They also wrote 2 additional repairs on the estimate. The word "up-sale" comes to mind. Replacement of a cracked serpentine belt. Fortunately I knew that the belt had more mileage left based on when I last replaced it, I declined repair.Having had cracking belts on other vehicles I new what to look for and there is no visible cracking. The other "needed" repair was a engine manifold oil gasket leak. Gasket set $119.17. Labor $752.10.
Since I have seen no oil leakage and have not experienced any reduction of oil on dipstick, also declined that repair. I have had another maintenance facility check for the leak and they assured me it was no leak it is fine. Disappointed and will not be a return customer.
