I just went to Jc penny's on Sunday to Buy my dad some shoes Janine in the shoe department was so helpful ! She went repeatedly to the back to help me find sizes and helped me find what I wanted , she also helped me get my pennies worth! Awesome service thank you Janine!

Stopped in earlier in the week and tried to schedule a make-up appointment for today. The sales rep told me she could not schedule it because they were having a smokey-eye event on Sunday. Showed up today for the event and no one knew anything about it. The girl I asked about it pulled up their reservation system as if I was lying only to find out they were having events everyday this week. She said no one could help me and they were not doing any event today! Total fail.
Filthiest dressing room I have ever been in! I felt like I couldn't touch anything and didn't want to set anything down or even hang stuff on the hooks because the walls were so nasty!
