Horrible. I'm sure the doctor is nice and professional, but I could never get in to see him. I am new to town and have been trying to get a primary care physician. Dr. Brelings office was recommended to me. When I called them they said they have to "interview" me to see if the doctor will accept me as a patient. Really? The patient should be interviewing the doctor and their office staff.
I totally trust him and his pa.
I will never recommend anyone to your practice.

Anyway, I finished the interview and I must have passed because the receptionist then passed me to the person to make the appointment. She greeted me nicely then said she will have to call me back in 5 minutes.
Well, it's been over two months and I never heard back from them.
Hey Doc, i suggest you speak with your staff. The one i spoke with seems to struggle with follow through. And, what's up with y'all needing to interview the patients. That's ridiculous. Either accept new patients or don't.
