I was three days late on one payment reason for is I had been working late and hadn't made it in to pay on time. I get a phone call from someone not identifying who they were and just to call back a number. Mind you I have never been late before and have had a loan with these people for quite sometime. Very uncool business practice....just leave a message for a payment reminder not treat me like a criminal trying to skip out and not pay when I have never missed a payment before.
They need a working number you can call if you have.a.question. the phone just rings and rings
