This person was discouraging me from buying anything by sending me other places to buy what was sold there. I support local businesses when possible. But this is one I wont visit again. Sending customers to other businesses to buy what you are also selling is a very bad business practice and a sure fire way to loose customers.
I called them and they said that I had to take it up with the hatchery. This is NOT a guarantee. The hatchery, of course said I had to go to the place I bought them.
The ladies were of lil help , they seemed a lil annoyed when I went up to ask for assistance, then kinda seemed rushed a little bit, her vibe was a lil on the heavy side.
We went to Naylor's to buy chicks and bought 20. They told us that they were guaranteed to 90% on sexing. Here it is a month later and it is obvious that we have 6 and maybe 8 cockrells. I can understand 2 and maybe 3 but this is 30-40% not 10-15%.
Very disappointed. I feel like Naylor's decieved me about any guarantee. Next time I'll go to Tractor Supply or some place that is reputable because they are not in my opinion.
I only hope that they contact me and do something positive.
We've been going here for years, both for horse and chickens. The staff is exceptionally helpful and informed about their products and what the animals really need. No other place for us barring an emergency on Sunday, when they're closed.
Not much of a guarantee; Actually, No guarantee. Wasted money and time supporting this local biz.

Store was nice. Good selection of harder to find items, problem was the employee. I asked him about certain items I wanted to buy that were in store, he was giving me other locations as to where I could get the same items. And while I was looking at pet supplies this person constantly was standing behind a display watching my daughter and I. Guess he felt we were going to steal something.
Great horse tack. Good prices. Nice knifes and sheaths.
