Took 4 delicate items of clothing there. First, each item had a hole in it from the safety pins they used to tag them. One of my dresses was missing 1 of 6 buttons which I had and asked if they could sew it back on, which they could not. The dress is now missing 5 buttons. I'm verry disappointed with the services provided.
I have never use dry cleaning services for any garment in the past. Two days ago I brought my brand new leather jacket to be dry cleaned. At first I was hesitant because the lady at the counter had me signed a form stating that they will not be responsible if there's any damage to the item/fabric afterwards. I asked if they had done leathers before, she said they recently had actually done a full length leather and came out really good, mine is not a full lenght, although I got it on sale for a cheap prize it was still a lot of money. I went ahead and had them do it. She told me it would be ready the next day after 5 pm. I had my husband pick it up after he got off work, he came home still with a brand new leather jacket. Thank you A'S Cleaners's for doing and excellent job and for being honest.
I called after I picked it up and came home and took a good look at it, and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it.

I have had numerous issues with this dry cleaners and this last time just did it for me. I brought in a really expensive comforter to be cleaned; only to get it back with new stains, rips, pieces of it coming out, and the cotton inside of it was disbursed and there were huge bumps of cotton and then other areas where it was completely empty.
Employees were friendly and efficient. My item was pressed and ready exactly when they said it would be.
