Went to Olive Garden with a friend. Started off with soup, it was basically cold broth. Asked our waiter if it was from the end of the pot and he said yes but would bring another bowl. The next bowl was slightly better but not by much.
Will not be returning for a while.
I visited this restaurant for dinner tonight. Mt plate included a Sirloin Steak, which I ordered well done. When I began tasting my steak, it was more like a medium rare. I politely requested the waiter to take my steak back to the kitchen so they could get it right. The manager approached my table to inquire what was wrong with my food. He not only made it right but gave me a different cut, which was delicious! He demonstrated excellent customer service and made my visited very pleasant. Definitely coming back :)
My husband and I stopped by for an early dinner Friday night around 5:30. We were promptly seated and attended by the waitress. She was very friendly and thorough in answering our questions. My husband got the Endless Pasta Bowl with chicken and gnocchi soup and I ordered the Chicken Margherita. It was all fabulous! By far the best taste out of any Olive Graden I've visited. Definitely and must-go.
The waiter was confused about the never ending pasta special. He kept coming back to our table with different info. When we paid he gave extra change and forgot to give my friend her debit card back.
The food as always is delightful. Our server, Jewel, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and top notch. She kept on top of things and made our experience a pleasure! Thank you Jewel and Olive Garden on SPID Corpus Christi, Texas!
Me and my husband went there today for our 10 year anniversary and our server was the best we have ever experienced at Olive Garden. She was very attentive and always had our drinks filled. She made us feel at home instead of just another tip. Awesome job
