I have been through all the different companies and I have to say that Extra Space are on top of keeping the property well taken care of.
they get in your business, I have dealt with a "break in". & their ride when u can't make payments. also, when my payment went higher & they stopped caring about the pests.. I left them with out notice. thanks that I had to kill all spiders & roaches out.
Very nice and helpful folks that work there. They gave me all of the info that I needed to get the right size unit that best fit my needs. I strongly recommend them for any storage needs.
The only problem I have is me; I can't seem to get my stuff out...lol
Fantastic customer service! They made sure to find us the exact size unit we needed and had an incredible price. Place is clean and feels very secure. Administrative fee was waived because of hurricane Harvey, which was very helpful, and first month was free. Highly recommend storing with them.
