If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a dog. It's beautiful on the inside and outside. The nusing staff sucks. The state needs to investigate this place for neglect on there patients. That 4.4 is wrong.
Administrator is so rude to the staff who is working very hard. You can often hear her being rude to the nurses and housekeepers all the down the halls. And, people just walk by her and ignore it, especially the staff because they are just too scared to speak up and defend themselves. There's no staff but they say they are fully staffed. What I have seen posted when visiting my relative and what actually IS WORKING is a completely different situation. Only one more week left!
Came here 2 years ago for rehab was great had surgery agin came back agin love it everyone is very nice and goes out of their way to accommodate me
Evening and nighttime staff are neglectful, rough with the residents. My aunt is left with her bedding half changed, doesn't have clothes changed for days. Staff doesn't speak English, uncommunicative to her. Each leaves chores for others to do. We check on her every day to make sure her needs are being met. Sometimes at night we have to call the nurses' station to get someone to answer my aunt's call bell.
