They had my truck in for a month before I got it back. The mechanic is nice but doesn't have enough other mechanics to keep up with the work. They also left a fuel gauge still hooked up to my truck and no wonder I was smelling gas vapors while I was driving. If youre wondering about going to this place, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere..
Took my 04 Ford Explorer in for work on the timing chain, I was told the work would be done in two or three days. It is now a week and a half later and my car is still not ready. Every time we go to pick up the car or inquire about it we are given more excuses about why it is not finished. First there was an electrical short and they weren't able to get the car off the lift, then they had to add new bushings. We were told the car would be ready yesterday at noon then yesterday we were told it would be done today by one pm. When we went to pick it up at one they were having trouble reattaching tubes from the motor and it would be done in an hour and half and when we went to pick it up, which was at 4pm, they had closed the shop up and no one was to be found. They couldn't even call us to let us know what was going on or why they had to close. I don't know very much about cars but it seems to me if they had to close up shop without even giving us a call not only is that bad business practice but cowardly as well. I would never go back to these people and I am so worried that something will be wrong with the car once they say it is finished. They apparently guarantee the work but I have been lied to this whole time so how am I even supposed to trust their guarantee?
