The employees were really nice people. But I thought the prices were a little on the high side. I guess if your the only shop in town, you be.
Place is great,I was there for a demo ride got to look around sale people were nice gave the right amount of space they were not up my butt the hole time going to go back and rent a bike soon.
I don't feel the one star is fair, I would give 1/2 if I could. Bought a non Harley Davidson, sold as seen, didn't start when I tried to go home, they did fire it up for me rode it home then to work for 2 days and wouldn't start. 'Phoned them up and basically told tough you bought it sold as seen. They DON'T work on anything but Harley-Davidson. So my opinion is DON'T BUY A NON-HARLEY from here. If ccharleydavidson was the only bike shop in The USA I would give up motorcycle riding.
A/C has the place feeling like an ice box! Met a bunch a people, we now call friends. Of course we rode in on a Hog. Thank goodness I walked outta there without buying a beer one. Although, they had a really pretty shiny one. One of the better dealerships in The Lonestar State
Rode in from Fort Worth in rain most of the way. Bikes were filthy with road grime and bugs. CCHD washed both bikes and made them look like brand new without missing a beat. Bought shirts from the super friendly staff and was welcomed there like we were family ( the good type). This is a great dealership.
