This location of DISCOUNT TIRES honored my road hazard warranty (purchased two years earlier) and changed out my tire quickly. They suggested purchasing another new tire but when I declined, they graciously took no for an answer.
They had me on my way in a pretty short time and gave good service.
Always keep up their end. But be sure to have your own warranty records. When I gave them info they couldn't find it so I called the store I bought tires and road hazard to be sure and document date if transaction. Viola. Now they get it.
Fast, friendly service. Fair, inexpensive prices. Great warranty service (specifically their "road hazard" warranty). I went in to have my tires rotated and found out that the rear 2 had gone bad. The manager gave me a deal so I could afford to replace them. My whole family shops here and I highly recommend. 10/10
Had a blowout on SPID on my way back from PORT A. Have a big truck with large tires, so I had to be towed. Found this location as being the closest on Google Maps.
Dallas was a great help! If it weren't for him, my husband and I would have been stranded in corpus while on vacation. He went above and beyond to help us get home safely since we had a nail in one of my tires. Even though the tire I needed wasn't in stock and my tire was not repairable, Dallas gave us the help we needed and assured us we would get home safe and sound. These guys were great in my experience. I had a flat with a big screw in it and called to see if they could fix it that day because I needed the car for post hurricane errands. They said bring it in and they would do their best. The place was busy when I got there but after a short wait at the counter they had me checked in and when I was getting written up at the counter I saw my car already up on the lift(every lift in the shop was busy). They said I should be out in 30 minutes and they were done in a little less than that. The one tire was plugged and the others inspected and brought up to proper psi and I was on my way.
