Has to be the most unorganized & unprofessional place I have ever been to. Called & was told they could get me in. Get there & told 45 min. Over an hour later & the car is up on the lift but nothing done. Ask the tech & he nonchalantly claims he had no paperwork so he didn't know what to do. This is while he's on the computer. Had them bring the car out & I left. Tech asks, while getting out of my car, if I would come back again. I get better service at Minute man.

2+ hours late past the appointment to rotate the tires a second time and never got the truck in the bay.

1/2 hour late past the appointment time to correct their mistake and 2+ hours to get it done.

Where do I start on my review... after my original Yelp review I was contacted by Pep Boys and encouraged to email them about my complaint. I did. I also went to their competitor to purchase the lifetime balance and rotate, same as Pep Boys, but that Pep Boys couldn't deliver (waited hours past my appointment). In that process I was informed that those particular tires should never have been installed on that size truck. For liability reasons they would not be able to do ANYTHING to my tires. So now I REALLY have a problem! If you go through the reviews (as I should have before my first visit) you'll see that customer service is virtually non-existent and they have no respect for your time.

The young lady who greeted me was not friendly, actually I can't recall that she actually greeted me. She pretty much just asked what I needed. I explained that I had spoken to the assistant manager and evidently he told her to expect me. She didn't ask for any other details beyond my name and phone number. The asst. manager was equally unpleasant. After telling me on the phone he would personally see to getting my tires installed in a timely manner, then telling me what time was best, my truck sat in the parking lot for 1/2 and hour before getting in the shop, then spent more than 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. A running theme for Pep Boys. I asked him about it and he just said "there was a truck already on the rack that we had to finish first", speaking as if I was the idiot for expecting him to hurry and get my truck started.

3+ hours late past the original appointment to install tires.

Installed the wrong tires.

1+ hours late past appointment for rotating those tires 5k miles later.

Really great customer service and excellent staff couldn't ask for more then that will be doing more business with them thanks PEP BOYS

We needed tires for our Honda Insight, my wife waited for 3 hours at Walmart for them to tell her they need to order the tires. I called around Pep Boys was the only store that had them in stock. Great price and got a tire alignment for the same cost of four tires at Discount Tire Store. Came back a few days later to see if they could fix our skid plate screw. Louis Solis is the man of the hour. They were jammed with cars. He still took us in right away, put in the needed screws and fixed the plate. To top it off, no cost out the door. WHAT?! Awesome customer service, we need more conscientious people like him. Thank you Pep Boys for everything. You have a new customer for life, because of Louis.

After sitting in the sparsely furnished waiting room listening to soap operas for 2.5 hours I was more than happy to see them finish my truck so I could leave. I am thankful that they corrected the load range problem with new tires. I will still need to rotate those tires and that means paying for that service at Discount Tire, but I'm good with that. Discount has always done good work for me so I guess I got what I deserved for not honoring their good service.

After contacting Pep Boys at THEIR urging and providing the requested details, I received no response after 7 days. They promised no more than 48 hours. I asked if they would be making contact or if I was wasting my time. Again I was promised "senior management" would be in touch. Again, no contact for most of a week. I emailed again and eventually the asst. manager of the store called. He offered to replace the tires with the correct load range tires at no charge and I agreed.

First of all when I went to pick up my car, the girl at the front desk was taking her sweet time flirting with the costumer in front of me who she appear to have known. When I finally was attended I proceeded to go home when I heard this loud noise and I knew something wasn't right. I turned back to see what was going on.. the top was not closed properly on oil had spilled out. They took my car back to clean it up but did not clean it properly and did not replace the oil that was spilled.
