So I dropped my car off before work. Had some minor work done and picked it up after work. Everything went great.
Fantastic service. The Technicians checked my coolant , my air filter, my air pressure on tires, my battery, topped of my windshield fluid all for free. All I paid was for the 19.99 oil change + tax. It may have taken them just a little longer that's because the techs checked my vehicle. Big difference to others shop that try to get my vehicle in an out quick without concern on the health of my vehicle.
Took 2 hours for an oil change only for them to tell me they were unable to do it. I was told I would be called when the service is done and I never got a call, I walked back to the shop from lunch and it took 15 minutes to find an employee to help me. They went on to explain (poorly and incompetently) that the shop I had previously gotten my oil changed at messed up something with my oil pan so they were unable to service my vehicle. I left to go get it changed at firestone down the street and they serviced my vehicle without issue. Poor service and incompetent mechanics here. Take your business elsewhere.
Horrible service. Over the past year I have tried getting my oiled changed at this sears auto center four times. 3/4 I ended up leaving after 5 minutes because no one was in sight to assist me. The 4th I was told that there was a 2 hr wait to change my oil when I couldn't see any other vehicles in the garage. Sears has always been my go to for auto maintenence in every other city/town I lived in- but this one sucks. Go elsewhere.
Came in 30 mins after they opened and there were just a couple of cars in the garage. Needed to replace my alternator. I would've done it myself except I'm from out of town and don't have the tools with me on my vacation. I appreciate that they installed the new alternator I bought from O'Reilly, but they said it would be done by 10:30 or 11:00 and I still don't have the keys at almost 12:30. They know I'm from out of town and supposed to be driving home today, but they were in no hurry. They charged for one hour of labor at $125/hr. Would be fine if it had only taken an hour, but I'm kind of wishing I just bought some new tools and did it myself instead.
