My 2013 Dodge Charger's alternator went out just died on me on the freeway, had my car towed to Staples automotive. Unexpected car repairs. Staples Tire & Automotive did an excellent job in explaining what was going to happen. Fast, friendly service I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Great people to work with. I came in to change brake pads. Great service, and they work with you on the cost so it is very reasonable. Dealer wanted about 2 times the amount for the same service. Recommending it to my friends. They speak spanish and are very nice people. They fixed the problem super fast! Highly recommended. Probably the only mechanic service in the world that is not trying to cheat you!
I stopped by (7/26/17) because my car was noise. The mechanic that was there took it for a quick drive to see what was wrong, and then asked me to identify the sound I was talking about. He then explained to me about what was wrong in a way i could understand. Even though they couldn't fix it, he recommended a place that he knew would be great. I think the thing I really liked the most was that the service was courteous and prompt. Thanks again. I'll definitely come back if i need repairs or an estimate.
