Tuesday night I walked into Bath and Body Works just to look around and get ideas for Christmas gifts. Normally, I am instantly greeted. However, this trip was very different. I literally could have stolen something and nobody would have noticed. Nobody acknowledged me AT ALL. I walked around the entire store and was not approached once. I understand its Christmas and you guys are busy with restocking and cleaning up the store to make it look nice, but what is all that work for if you guys don't even take the time to make your customers feel wanted?? Needless to say, I walked out an unhappy and unsatisfied customer.
I was so excited to go check out the new store! It is really nice and the young man at the door was really nice and helpful. BUT....the check out is the same as before. Its AWFUL! You stand in two confusing lines with a ton of people and hope for the best. It takes forever to get checked out. Christmas is going to be a zoo. Really disappointed to see they didn't improve that problem when they had the chance.

I would love to walk into bath and body works and not be ambushed by store employees.
