I got bill for more then it should and did not say whats ior. I had to call them twice because Frist person new nothing and i said send me a bill. Never got one for what yoy are charging me for. Second call still have not gotten bill. I called insurance company and they said they dint pay that treatment on the same day has other visited. Dds office ahould no that. They charge more then what real bill is. Then she tells me that there computer generates bill passed 90 days but also says in bill your insurance may have not paid. Are you kidding me. Your charging late fees for bill i never scen and if insurance has nit paid yet they may still working in it. Always call your insurance frist before paying.
The staff was friendly and prompt. upon arrival we were helped immediately and satisfactorily, overall I was very pleased with my experience! I will be back in 6 months for my next check up!

This is one of the most amazing Dentist in the Calallen area. The staff is very prompt and friendly my wait in the waiting area was the shortest I have ever experienced.
Some of the front staff are knowledgeable but one lady provides wrong information.

I dont pay bills unless i get a professional billing statement with info on what i am paying. In this case my insurances should of paid all of it. They did not kwep up with what insurance pays or what days they will psy it.
