I’ve run into several issues with this clinic, but because I love God I can’t be mean about their slow and at times rude work ethics. I’m upset with the fact that every 6 months to a year I’m given a new Primary Care Provider because these Dr.’s don’t stay for long at all. I’m not sure why they quit so quickly, but I pray that eventually they’ll get it together and serve us better instead of treating us like a nuisance or a number that they have to put up with Monday thru Friday 0800-1630. It hurts, but I believe that God will heal my wounds. God bless us all!

Well I'm a LVN Still active , I have worked for the VA in a clinic in San Antonio. This Not the Way Veterans should be treated. I moved down to Corpus Christi area back in October of 2016 , since then to April I had 4 PCP's. My care never was continued from San Antonio.Everything I had going up there just fell off to the wayside. Psych Services forget , get thrown into a group to talk about your feelings rather the 1:1 , I was getting up in SA. I guess their Short on Psych Doc's too. I have been waiting for a PCP since April of 2017 ,still in Oct 2017 I have No PCP. I'm in need of a Hip replacement , Bad. ! In Extreme Pain most I get is Meloxicam. I have Made it my MISSION VETERANS WILL NO LONGER BE TREATED LIKE THIS. ! I WILL BE THE VOICE. ! NO MORE , FOR THE PAST , THE PRESENT , THE FUTURE..... Here's an Idea Make the Pay more Attractive the Quality Physicians. You Get Better Physicians who want to come down and Work Here. That's an IDEA for STARTERS. !
They are worse than ever, If you have to use this facility make sure you know how to do your own medical research!!!
Not enough staff to handle our veterans. Nearly impossible to get medical care in a timely fashion...
If they had a no star rating they would get it. They practice incompetence in a culture of indifference. If I didn't know the VA system I would be dead right now. One Dr. there took me off life saving meds and 3 months later I had my second Major Heart attack and a Quintuple Bypass surgery.
With all the press it has still taken me 6 months for a follow up appointment even though they know I have complications from the surgery. Be prepared to fight for your rights.
This Clinic is the Black Hole of the VA System. You come into this Clinic your care will disappear. People behind the counter have No Idea of what Customer Service is either on the Phone. If on the phone you are treated if are invisible and they there is no recourse for what they say.
