This is the best Doctor I have seen. He works with you. Listens, hes great.

He tries to over prescribe people. Also very rude.

Dr Capitaine is very good at was he does. Listens and pays attention to me. Gave me the right medication. I thank my sister Beth for recommending me to me. Made the right choice.

I called my insurance and was given this doctor's phone number without knowing anything about his multiple city offices. My daughter is in a very serious state and was needing to be seen asap. His office people were great it seemed and squeezed me in for the very next day. I took my daughter to her appt and come to find out, the dr isn't in my city that day. The secretary in the office he apparently rents one day a week in my city called his main office to see what happened. After having to replay my voicemail 4 times up to the phone so they even knew what was going on and telling me no one by that name even works there, Capitaine's office manager wanted to talk to me. I thought she was going to apologize for the mixup and reschedule for a few days later when he was in the office in my city. Instead right off the bat she very rudely and defensively asked "why didn't I tell her where I was at", as if it's my fault I didn't know about the multiple city situation as being a new patient who knows nothing about this doctor. I told her it's not my job to figure out how much info you need from me. You're supposed to ask ME the things you need for her initial appt. She was SO SO RUDE and obviously has horrible people skills. Which she should definitely not be working with mentally ill patients with this attitude and insensitivity. She then proceeds to tell me in her snottiest voice possible, "well, your daughter no longer has an appt with us." After she hung up on me, the secretaries in the office I was actually standing in for my now "canceled appt" said this happens SEVERAL times a week. So obviously they are not doing there job at all. I am furious, these people messed with my child's health because of their inability to ask probably the most important question concerning appt scheduling for a 5 city office practice. This doctor's office is not organized nor are they even taking your health seriously if this is how they conduct business on the regular. It sounds like I wasn't even an innocent one time mistake that they "forgot" to ask what they needed to.

He's is the best Doctor in psychiatry. I had a nervous breakdown. He was able to help me. This Doctor is the best. David Villarreal.
