I see the office has erased the Yelp reviews which I read before I went. One was a scathing report on the nurse. True, she is brash, brazen and just obnoxious. Having said that, I hold Dr. Dulak responsible for the way she wants her office run. When the nurse called to tell me I needed to come in for results of a test for cancer, I asked her for a heads up on what was going on. She quickly put me in 'my place' by saying. "The doctor doesn't talk on the phone. I do the talking........so you need to decide right now if you want your appointment on Friday at 1:30". The next morning I called my primary care physician's office and asked if she would get my results for the pap smear and cancer test results. Making life decisions based on a short term emotional feeling isn't a great idea, but I realized that I could never trust Dr. Dulak after the dress down I received from one hateful nurse. The bad part..........now I have to either find an oncologist on my own or a new ob/gyn (or both).
Dr Dulak is very comforting and thorough. She makes you feel comfortable even in an uncomfortable exam. You can tell she truly cares about your well-being.
Before I met Dr. Dulak, I have not seen a doctor nearly 10 years because of a bad experience in my hometown.
I love her.
This is Fulden Sara Wissinger. I have been seeing Dr. Dulak for almost 8 years. She is fantastic. Tracy is wonderful as well. I cannot believe all those negative reviews about nurses and stuff members. Please do not believe it!!!. They are great people. Dr. Dulak has worked in India and she can understand patients from other cultures,/ethnic group.
Nurses and staff are incredibly rude. They will not work with your insurance to correct a diagnosis code. Incredibly rude to the patient. Yes, the appointment was quick, but I'd rather wait an hour to see a doctor that's willing to work with the patient than spend hours trying to get this office to reslove a billing issue.
