Dr. Fader's staff is terrible, horrible, very very rude!! I do not see how they are employed there. He is a great doctor. I would definitely recommend switching doctors.
My children have been seeing Dr. Fader for more than a year. He has been treating one for ADHD. Recently we have needed to change her medication and the office manager will not listen to what i have to say and refuses to make an appointment for us and the Dr. Refuses to speak with me about the situation. I feel that we have not been heard or taken care of. My child has been suffering for more than a month waiting for a reply/response on making the appointment. I would not recommend the office to anyone.

Front desk staff are very rude. Apparently only the parents can go in with the patient and sorry no cell phones allowed. So if the front desk calls you and you're on your phone they will tell you to sit back down and wait.
Both my 4-yr old and my infant are treated by Dr. Fader and I have been so impressed with him and pleased with his care and advice over the last 4 + years. He has a very gentle demeanor and relates well with my children. He is in no hurry during an appointment and takes time to listen to my concerns. He also speaks in a personable way with my 4-yr old and has definitely won his trust. I also appreciate the divided waiting room, one side for well visit patients and one side for sick. I was referred to Dr. Fader by several friends and constantly refer him to other friends.
