Our family has experienced nothing but beyond inconvenient interactions with the staff at the SPID location. From having to fill out multiple forms and over a month to have medical records transferred to being misinformed on a number of occasions. Most recently, the new NP wrote an Rx for a medication she is not even authorized to write. So, more inconvenience for us as we have to go back in and wait who knows how long to get this figured out. Out of the 6 or so times we have dealt with them, we have experienced difficulty, every. single. time.
They switched me and another patient name. Gave me her doctor excuse and sent my prescription to her pharmacy.

I expect a long wait with a place like this but not for a prescription
I came to this place despite the reviews. I think it may depend on the time of day you go. I went early in the morning and was taken care of right away. I had been fighting a cold for months, and they could hear it in my breathing. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given a z-pak which worked wonders. If I hadn't gone who knows how much worse I could have gotten. The staff helped me right away, and I felt I had been treated respectfully the entire time, as were other patients waiting.
Today's experience was great! Everyone was nice, kind, respectful! A much different experience than a year ago! I believe they are striving to do a better job! And I think the old receptionist is gone! Hallelujah she was awful rotten to the Core!!
