Dr Velazquez has been a godsend for me. He took my case when no one else in town would take it, and I'm Work Comp from a different state! The staff have always been courteous to me. They switched the waiting room around a few months ago and now there is plenty of seating. They also hired a couple of Nurse Practitioners so they are seeing clients at a much faster rate now than they used to. I've always had a great experience when I go there, except when I miss an appointment. The $50 charge for missing an appointment is painful to the wallet! LOL!
