Luis Cruz was extremely helpful! We've had bad experiences with some sales people in the past but Mr. Cruz made our experience so much better! He showed us he was there to HELP us and not brush us off like if we were a nuisance. He was actually there to provide excellent service to the costumer. they lied to us about the delivery date and never called us to confirm or emailed us. we had to loose 2 days off work because of their lies and incompetence. we will not be making any other purchases from them. no this is not the first or second time that we've had to endure their lies and incompetence. the worst customer service in the free world. do not use these charlatans!! if i could give them a negative one rating i would.

Terrible customer service. Have a tv 2 weeks old that delivery guys pinched a cable to, tv stopped working and they won't even replace the cable. Keep giving us the runaround. Never again will I purchase anything from conns. Seems like within the last 3 months customer service has been horrible. Recently hired Manager maybe. I Told My Daughter She Should Contact The BBB To Report How She Is Being Harassed By Conn's And How She's Requested Several Times To Be Removed From The Contract.

I went in for a washer and dryer cause I really needed them but was scared they would be too pricey for a decent set. Well Jonathan Herrera if I remember correctly helped me out and saved me money for a good set. If I ever need anything again I'm for sure going back asking for him. He was also very professional and had a sense of humor which made me real comfortable. Highly recommended!
