I ordered living room and bedroom furniture form the Corpus Christi, TX La-Z-Boy gallery. I have nothing but great things to say about the sales staff as well as the manager Brent. They held the furniture for months and months due to home unfinished. Delivery was exceptional and service also five stars. What more could you ask for. Great job!!!
After shopping all month for a living room set, I walked into Lazy Boy for the first time ( I didn't know it was there) and I purchased exactly what I have been wanting. The staff were incredible... they answered every question I had and were very patient and kind with me in my decision making process! I know where to shop for GREAT QUALITY furniture at very reasonable prices!

Customer service is very poor after the sale! I placed a substantial order for three custom leather pieces and was told it would take about 8 weeks to get here. No one ever called me to say it would be late. I had to call the store after 10 weeks to ask. My salesman was off duty that day and the one who answered was reluctant to even look up my order to tell me the status! I insisted he do so, and found out one item had arrived and was sitting in their warehouse. The other two items didn't arrive for another 4 weeks! Ugh! My complaint is lack of communication and rudeness by the sales staff who did not make the initial sale.
