No one in my office has ever spoken to or had any dealings with the 2 ladies who gave me ugly reviews. It is our utmost concern that our customers and prospective customers be treated with respect and kindness and I would hope that if someone felt otherwise that they would reach out to me personally. Perhaps these ladies had a bad experience from another office. You can go to my website and read the many reviews form my current customers who are happy with us. I wish Google would allow the reviewed business to respond.
