Always friendly and courteous. Just need to be told all the ends and outs of insurance. Just went through hurricane Harvey. If you don't have ALL the B.S. and all the info you are not covered on nothing. Used to be if you had home owners you were covered. Entirely. Not today. It's just all a pain. Sorry folks, just tired of all the red tape.
