Had a watch battery changed and was in and out in a few minutes! They were fast, friendly, and did a great job! Recommended for all your jewelry needs.
Rude
I took my glasses there to get fixed. They said they would be ready within 10 days. I forgot about them and after 3 weeks they still had not called me to pick them up. When I finally went in to get them (after I had to call them to see if they were ready yet), they gave me my glasses back mangled and dirty from finger smudges! It was bad enough that they were crooked and mangled but they couldn't CLEAN them?! And they were totally nonchalant about it. Their customer service SUCKS.
Terrible place
Went here to look for an engagement ring at 5:00 pm. Store hours said they close at 6 pm. They were closed, lady inside acted like I wasn't even there.
