When I finally got my jewelry not all of the pieces were done correctly... and when I picked it one of the most expensive pieces was not given back to me and I had to go back and get it after the force you to sign a document stating you picked up everything!
I have brought two 14KT gold bracelets to Goldmaster on Ayers to add on a "safety chain" for added security. My bracelets are now very secure on my wrist and I don't have to worry about losing them. Goldmaster has also done repairs on broken solders on my 14KT gold bracelets. Goldmaster has done very professional, neat, & clean repairs on my bracelets. I highly recommend their quality of workmanship. I have also brought a 14kt gold diamond ring in which I needed to resize. It is of very sentimental value and would not trust anyone else to do it. I am very pleased with the resizing and fits perfectly. Another job well done!
It took them forever to get simple changes done on some of my jewelry. When I would call to talk to the person I was communicating with they were never in. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told... '"NO ONE GETS TO TALK TO THE OWNERS!!!"

I had also in the beginning inquired about the price of a piece of jewelry they were selling and was told they would have to ask the owner and they would call me back on it... they never did call me back.

They can take your money waste your time... but they are too good to talk to you!
They suck at repairing gold jewelry got my pendent fixed within a day it busted again I had went back to get it fixed again and they were total ass hoes don't recommend going here unless you want to be taken for your money
I for one do Not need abuse when I am paying someone Money! I will Never Be Back Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!
