Have your garbage out by 7:30 or they will not pick it up, even if you wheel it out to the curb before they swing by. Don't let them see you or they wont pick it up. I understand not being able to go back after they have passed your house but to not stop just because you weren't out by a cut off time is stupid when they haven't already passed by. Must be a policy put in place by the bosses who have obviously become too comfortable in their jobs.
So don't blame the guys, their just following orders! Based on their current occupations they couldn't possibly be smart enough to make decisions on their own.
