Total time until delivery was 25-35 minutes. After it was baked, the order sat for over 40 minutes and still hasn’t left the store yet. Won’t order again from here.
Love the online ordering feature! And love the little status bar to show me my order process! The pizza arrived quickly - looked and tasted great! Will definiteley use them again !
I called in to order two medium pizzas and was told to give them 10-15 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes before going to pick up my order. I get there and a young gentleman could not locate my order. He goes to get the manager (Bill) and he couldn't find it either. After about 5 minutes trying to figure out what happened he decides to ask the female who took my order what happened. Needless to say that my order was not made. The manager did nothing to apologize for their mistake just that he was just going to make it. I had to sit there waiting for another 15 minutes missing out on a game that I was anxiously wanting to see.
Pizza has really improved, we only order from here now. Gluten free option is great too.
For a fast inexpensive pizza this Dominos has it going on. Great Customer Service. They will double check the order in front of you to make sure your happy. Just a great bunch of kids at this one on Everhart.
