The movers were OUTSTANDING! Professional, courteous and SO careful with all of our things, you would have thought it was THEIRS. Seriously. I highly recommend using this company for all of your moving needs. I definitely would use them again, if the need arose.
I used them to move into upstairs apartment and really did an excellent job. Just make sure you pack up your belonging in boxes ready to move. We had a horrible experience because of one of the movers negligence. They placed our king bed salts against the bathroom door and our daughter had gotten away from us for a second and ran to open the door to let our dog out. The slats fell on him and he passed away. We only found him later because one of the movers noticed and told me our dog was in bad shape. When I walked over to see what happened I saw him laying there I picked him up and he was obviously gone. I understand it was an accident but one that should have never happened because someone placed the slats against a door that opens the opposite direction. It could have been worse because our bathroom has access on both sides and could have easily fallen on a person because who expects furniture to be placed against a door. I will never get that image out of my head and only pray that he passed quickly. I hope that they have taken this opportunity to address the importance of paying attention to detail and train their employees correctly.
