This is the worst moving company! When I first called and explained that I would need them to make two stops, I was quoted $100 an hour for three guys. I was told I would get a courtesy call the day before which I ended up having to call them to confirm. When I spoke to the guy, he had the wrong information so I explained it to him again. He then quoted me $150 an hour for two guys. When I showed up this morning at my storage unit, he still had the wrong information. I tried explaining to him again that we had to make two stops! He then started calling me a liar. I told him he didn't pay attention to me both times that I had spoken to him. I asked him why would I lie to him!? He then replied that I was a liar and trying to get one over on him. I told him to get my belongings out of his truck! He then gets on the phone and called me profound names. They left my things in the hallway of the building, leaving me to have to put everything back in by myself!!!!! I would not recommend this moving company ever!
Top Notch is right!!!! Top Notch thieves, liars and unprofessional! They stole some items from me after calling me names! I have filed a police report on the guy I think is the manager!....Mario?-I believe! He hung up on me when I called trying to retrieve my furniture! If I could give them negative stars I would! I just hope I get my things back!
These guys just helped us move today and were incredibly efficient and rrspectful. I was amazed at how great of a job they did in the little time we had them. Would recommend 10/10
They really worked with us! We hired them to unload our UHaul in a neighboring town. We had to call back to push back the moving time on the day of the move, and they were really understanding & accommodating. In under an hour, they had moved us into our two story home. The amount quoted was the amount charged; there were no hidden/additional fees. The movers were incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I want to share my experienced with people who are looking for an honest mover. Mario was recommended to us, and I am glad that we hired them for our move to New Mexico. They did what and when we wanted to have all our things to be picked up and delivered. The people that work with the company are very nice and respectful. We are very satisfied with the move.
