I cannot imagine an easier moving process.
Absolutely painless process. Moved from Texas to Mississippi. Called a week ahead to reserve a cube and arrange a drop off date and time window. The delivery was on time and the driver helped position the cube as conveniently as possible for loading. Loaded the cube over the next two days and arranged to have it picked up on Friday. The following Tuesday I received a call in Mississippi saying the cube had arrived and arranged a drop off the next day for which the y gave a 4hr window. The next day I received an automated courtesy call 1hr prior to drop off and was then contacted by the driver. All my items were exactly as I had packed them, safe and sound. I was able to unload my things within an hour and called the driver who then returned to pick up the empty cube at the end of his route the same day.
U-Pack was great! Less expensive option, wonderful flexibility in contacting me (I'm deaf and needed text contact) and also very kind and understanding when I needed extension of time. They contacted me about arrival, and the driver was so nice. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
