I WENT TO PICK UP MY 10 LB SHIH TZU DOG FROM THIS GROOMER AND CAUGHT THE OWNER BEATING HIM WITH HER HAND AND HOLDING HIM BY HIS NECK IN THE AIR SHAKING HIM VIGOROUSLY! PLEASE, I REPEAT, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED PETS TO THIS GROOMER!!! I WENT HERE FOR 2 YEARS, WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DID DURING THIS TIME TO MY DOG.... AND YOURS!!!!! IF YOU DO GO HERE CHECK IF YOUR PET IS TIMID AND/OR FEARFUL. IF SO, THIS MAY BE WHY! WE NEED TO GET HER LICENSE REVOKED AND HER BUSINESS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!

For the past year or so I've had nothing but good experiences taking my collie here for grooming. She has a challenging coat to groom as it mats easilly, but they do a great job. They are obviously gentle because she shows no signs of being nervous when I take her there (unlike going to the vets!) and that speaks volumes to me.
Very good groomerin staff. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Millers office for a few years and just recently had them groomed after boarding. They did a very good job. Also my pets seem to like going to see the staff.
I have to give credit where it is due. Ann and Dr. Miller have seen my pets for many years. They and there staff have always done an excellent job both in caring for my pets health and seeing to the grooming needs. They also offer boarding services and I feel that is the safest place for my pets when they aren't with me.
