I have been taking my two dogs to Cindy now for years and she is always excellent at what she does. Lilly always needs a haircut and she knows exactly what I want done. Yes, sometimes I need to leave them there all day, but Cindy works hard and people shouldn't complain because it takes a little longer to get your pet back. She can only do so much at one time so people need to calm down. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. Her prices are always excellent too!

I feel these reviews are very unfair and present a skewed, if not downright flawed, picture. I have taken my dogs (and cats) to these groomers for years and have never witnessed any unclean animals there. In fact, this shop is a soft touch for strays and keeps several cats and dogs around the office that have no other home. The shop often does look a little 'worn' because their cages and equipment are old, and the flooring is bad. But the groomers are empathetic and my dogs always look excellent when they are finished. And seem very relaxed too. The other groomers I have used in Corpus seem to be in it simply for the money and my pets leave there scared.
I brought my cat here for the lion cut,very calm cat but they scared her to the point of her hissing at them which alone was rare,her cut was unclean and choppy,and the "soap" they use smells like old perfume
Absolutely horrific!! This place is disgusting. I made an appointment for my miniature shnauzer & was really disturbed when I walked in. The smell was unbearable. 10 or more poor dogs were locked in kennels, lying in their own feces & filth. NO WATER for them drink. How can these pet owners leave there dog's there to stay over night?! How it's this place still open?! I made my appointment @ 10:30am. She said my Bella should be ready sometime in the afternoon. I tried. I honestly try give Tidy Paws a chance. But something in my gut told me turn around & get my dog. Litteraly 5 minutes after I dropped her off. The owner had locked my dog up & locked up her business as well & was sitting in her truck doing NOTHING!!
DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! I took my cat in and the whole place was cluttered and had cats wandering around. There was no room to even walk. The place REEKED like cat and dog piss. As a last resort, since I had to have my cat bathed that day, I sadly left him there. The lady cut his nails way too short and split one of his nails in half. This place is horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone.
If you can I PRAY for you to find ANY other option,that concludes my review

I wouldn't suggest this place,it looks uncleanly and while the two greetings cats are cute,i don't trust this place with my cats and im dreading bringing my tom there to get groomed as well but its really all i can drive to
