HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Did not have right equipment that was reserved. When issuing a return, was unable to credit me back right away and I am still waiting on over 1000$ in credit from these guys. They are completely incompetent. Especially avoid if you are PCSing!
If I could give a 0 I would.next time I will use uhaul and not have to deal with these incompetent people ever again. Worst experience ever.
This place is horrible, I would give the zero stars if I could. I rented a truck for not even 6 hours and got charged over $120 dollars! I was quoted for $46 but I guess that does not mean anything. The old man there is super slow at his job and extremely rude when I called asking why I was charged so much. Just don't waste your time and money, go to damn UHAUL before this place please.
we rented a buget truck it broke down after 3o miles had to reload to a different truck on the side of the road stuff got broken then w went to return the truck when we got done and the woman at this store wouldnt take the truck was rude and we said we would just leave it then she called the police on us and had the police make us take the budget truck miles away to a different place costing us more ! screw this place they are the most terrible people on the planet as far as im concerned!
