No place to eat or lockers for your stuff. Staff was rude. Unprofessional. Inconsiderate of my disability. No aid with my stuff.other passengers helped me to stow my gear and help me aboard the bus. If you want my true rating of greyhound i give them a steaming hot

The facility is air-conditioned and the staff is professional and friendly. You can see a video of the history of transportation in Corpus Christi that is interesting and informative. The security is adequate.
They charge you $20.00 dollars a ticket to change information such as destinations, time, if you're leaving from the wrong Greyhound. I feel like it shouldn't matter they are still are making money either way. We as Customers are not asking for a refund just a change in destination, time, Or different Greyhound. We already paid a certain amount to travel. If you change your ticket info immediately then I feel you shouldn't be charged. The issues I went through next time I do better renting a car or have one of my own.
