Nice staff, but horrible groomers! I took in my black lab for a simple dip and bath, when I walked into the store to pick him up there was white hair flying all around the place inside. My dog smelled like dirty water, had white hair all over him (and remember he has a black coat), and he was itching! Then to top it all off it cost me about $45!!! I will NEVER take my lab there again, I now go to the dog house off everhart and alameda where they do a fantastic job and I pay $20 each time he goes in! Shop with care!!!!!
I visited the store to find a pet for my son. The employees were very helpful and very kind. I did not find anything wrong with the conditions of the animals at all. I would most definately visit again.
Been taking my Westie here for the past 3 years. Staff is always very nice and they do a great job.
