I have never had to call the police for any crimes and I love the location, but it's time for me to go!
Well I've lived here for 6 years had an issue with the maintenance they never came in a timely manner also the old staff was awesome now the new staff well they never helped me overall thanks for the hospitality time for me to go on another journey...
I have lived here for 4 years. Since then I have experienced a change in management. We used to get free cable, and now we have to pay. We also have to pay for getting paper statements mailed to us. We have to pay for pest control every month although no one comes to spray. The old staff came to fix broken things instantly. This new staff is slow and seem un experienced.
This place is horrible!!! The property manager pays one of the tenants to walk around and take pictures of boys around the complex... The tenant walks around with her ass showing every morning and there's a bunch of kids around but the office let's her and they won't stop her. The tenant sleeps around with the maintenance men and husband's too so I'd be careful... Pest Control never comes unless you threaten the office to call corporate, the pool is never open and when it is, it's only opened during business hours and hardly on weekends. They make you pay for everything like cable, pest control, even to get your rent mailed to you, they charge you for it!!! So I wouldn't recommend living here at all... Especially with a 40 year old woman walking around with her ass out, taking pictures of kids (boys). Doesn't matter what they're doing, they could be taking out the trash, she'll take pictures, send them to the office and tells them they're being "disruptive" and continues to take pictures of boys!!! Only God knows what she's doing with those pictures!!! She's been seen walking around dressed like a prostitute and goes to a married mans apartment. This place is trashy!!!!!!!
Would not recommend to anybody. Office staff doesn't seem like they know what they are doing property manager makes it seem like she's done everything in her power to make sure residents and taken care of. Way over priced of what it is, found a 2 bed 1 bath house for 100 less a month. Very poor kept and some residents are very loud and have no courtesy toward other tenets. Police are constantly there and one of the main office workers is on sight and lives right where most of it happens and does nothing, Thanks but no thanks 1 year is enough for me...
Very convince being very close to the local weber stores and laundry mat plus bingo hall. The park apartments very cozy quiet the price is just right.
The tenants are cool, I haven't had any issues with any of my neighbors. They never stay longer than a few months anyway.
I admit I never write reviews but I'm upset because the heat index has been over 100, and my AC has been broken for weeks now and they still haven't came to fix it.
