Absolutely horrible. Provided only a first and final notice. Did not place my items at the door or knock at all. Called them and scheduled a new delivery day which they did not meet. Nor did they call me back as requested. They are not accepting responsibility and telling me I have to handle this with my shipper in Washington. They sent my packages to Washington and said I'm responsible for charges. I shipped 4 boxes totalling over $600. I can't afford to pay for their mistakes. They want me to contact my shipper in Washington to address the issue WHO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INCOMPETENT DELIVERY FROM CORPUS CHRISTI UPS CENTER!
A joke this place in Corpus is! Drivers need not to be drivers if they don't have common sense! Can't find an address google it, mapquest it, us a GPS! So vexed right now! I have let them slide to many years. This time I will be taking this a little further! Sick of the them in this office not having a care in the world.
Randy V. needs to have better customer service. He was very rude and disrespectful to us here at a store and to his co-worker who was with him. My normal driver must have been off today.
I have been dealing with UPS on Navigation for 25 years. The employees must not be trained or schooled enough for the positions in this business. Not only are they rude, they always blame each other for everything. The dispatch, manager and drivers have a communication breakdown. The drivers are inept. I have been living in the same house for 23 years, and I'm lucky to get one out of three packages without having to call and complain. I am out SO much money on special two-day, overnight, 3-day deliveries that never arrive on time!! I DREAD the Christmas shopping season!!!! This company is NOT keeping up with the NEW online shopping world in which we have entered! GET WITH IT PEOPLE!!!!!
